There is a 3-hour delay in glucose data going from your Eversense® CGM into Apple Health. The Eversense® CGM App on your smart phone should be your primary device for monitoring your glucose levels and for making treatment decisions in real time.

We are limited to how much we can troubleshoot questions regarding the Apple Health app, however, I can provide you with the website and phone number of Apple support.

No, the Apple Health app is not indicated to be used to make diabetes treatment decisions. You should only use the Eversense® 365 App to monitor your glucose and make treatment decisions in real time.

The Eversense® Smart Transmitter produces non-ionizing electromagnetic radiation.  This means that the transmitter creates a small amount of Electromagnetic Interference (EMI).  The amount of EMI that the transmitter produces has been tested and certified as safe for use.  If you have any concerns and/or questions about the Eversense® 365 CGM System, we would ask you to contact our Customer Service Team at: eversense.us@ascensia.com or call us at 1-844-736-7348.

The Eversense® 365 Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) System is indicated for continually measuring glucose levels for up to one year in people (18 years and older) with diabetes. The system is indicated for use to replace fingerstick blood glucose (BG) measurements for diabetes treatment decisions. Fingerstick BG measurements are required for calibration one time a week after day 13, and when symptoms do not match CGM information or when taking medications of the tetracycline class. The sensor insertion and removal procedures are performed by a health care provider. The Eversense 365 CGM System is a prescription device; patients should talk to their health care provider to learn more.
