The glucose data cannot be deleted from the Eversense® App. Eversense® data is not stored on your mobile device. If, for example, you are giving your phone to someone else to keep, delete the Eversense® App.
For security purposes if you enter an incorrect password three consecutive times in the mobile app, your account will be locked for 30 minutes. During this time, you will not have access to your CGM data on the mobile app.

If you enter an incorrect password three times on your DMS log in page, some mobile app features may be unavailable for 30 minutes, including no data syncing to your DMS account, no Eversense® NOW users can be added to your Circle, and no changes to your profile picture can be made. You should not log out of the mobile app during this time.

The Glucose Pie Chart report shows in graphical format what percent of your readings within a given time period are within, below or above your Glucose Target levels. You can choose the last 1, 7, 14, 30 or 90 days.

The Eversense® My Circle refers to the group of people you invite to remotely view your Eversense® CGM data. To join the Circle, those you invite must accept the invitation they receive from you. They will need to download and install the Eversense® NOW Mobile App in order to see your glucose data.

The Eversense® 365 Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) System is indicated for continually measuring glucose levels for up to one year in people (18 years and older) with diabetes. The system is indicated for use to replace fingerstick blood glucose (BG) measurements for diabetes treatment decisions. Fingerstick BG measurements are required for calibration one time a week after day 13, and when symptoms do not match CGM information or when taking medications of the tetracycline class. The sensor insertion and removal procedures are performed by a health care provider. The Eversense 365 CGM System is a prescription device; patients should talk to their health care provider to learn more.
